When I walked in the door there was no greeting or acknowledgement that me and my mother had entered. There was only a couple seated, two workers and the two of us in the room. We walked to the counter to order and waited patiently for someone to acknowledge us, after a few minutes of us discussing and deciding to go somewhere else the employee behind the counter states “there will be a 45 minute wait, I have eight other online orders to fulfill,” my mother then replies “wouldn’t we take priority since we are standing in front of you?” And she blatantly ignored us and continued to make other orders as we walked out. I completely understand the situation but it should’ve been handled better, she could’ve greeted us to begin with and told us there would be a few minutes wait while she made a few of the orders but she acted as if we were invisible and then bothering her.

We visited tonight on 11/26 at 8pm I appreciate the kind young gentlemen who provided excellent service to me, my husband, and my brother and sister-in-law. We had such a great meal after traveling for so long. They could have easily been disgruntled at us coming in an hour before closing. Josh took our order and was nothing but smiles and kindness. The whole crew worked so hard on our orders. They were being friendly with the all the customers and provided excellent service. These young men took time away from their friends and family on a holiday to work and I hope the manager/owner of this establishment gives them good praise for their uplifting attitudes. It’s going to make the rest of our travel night so worth it.

It is sad to see that a once exceptional franchise is now mediocre at best, this particular location seems to have gone down in quality tremendously… walked in to an empty restaurant, stood at the counter until the person on the other side decided to acknowledge that we had even walked in… I asked how are doing?, no response… she sounded irritated that we were there, her first question was: are you ready to order?… in retrospect, we should have just walked out right then… placed our order, she simply started making our sandwiches, did not say anything else, 10 minutes later hands us a bag… no thank you… please come again… nothing… just rude… maybe she’s having a bad day… who knows… sandwiches supposed to be at least warm, were both cold and terribly prepared… won’t be back…. extremely disappointed

Walked in…no greeting. Stood at counter several minutes while 4 employees chatted it up and horseplayed. I was still never greeted by the person at the register. She just looked down at it while snickering. They must have been high because “on white bread” made them all laugh really hard. Racism. I was worried about my food getting spit in. I won’t be back. Obviously others have made that same choice as what used to be a busy location at lunch time was empty. The sandwich was small and of poor quality…and no “thanks, come again.” There are other places in town that show decency and decorum - like Publix Deli next door. Many business owners will shrug that off but if you don’t get a handle on this rudeness and other negative qualities you’ll lose customers and not make payroll/rent…appears to be occurring. When someone is willing to spend $15 for something that costs maybe $3…you should show them a tad bit of appreciation. I was treated like an inconvenience and ignored. Maybe the employees need refresher training. People vote with their dollars, especially with inflation.
